WEBSITE TERMS

These terms cover the use of this website. They are not a representation agreement, a campaign contract, or any other commercial engagement.

We aim to be clear and accurate about how this website works. This page describes our current practices for version 1 of the site; it is not legal advice and does not claim to be a complete or legally watertight document. It will be reviewed and completed with a professional before the site goes into production.

1. About these terms

This website is operated by the business trading as 99ICONS, established in the Netherlands. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. The site is informational

Everything here is published to introduce what 99ICONS does and to let brands and creators get in touch. Nothing on the site is an offer, a quote, a guarantee of results, or professional advice, and submitting a form does not create a contract or an obligation for either side to work together.

3. Commercial engagements need separate agreements

Creator representation, brand campaigns, production, media buying and any other paid services are governed by a separate written agreement between the parties concerned. These website terms do not replace, summarise or pre-agree such an engagement, and where a signed agreement exists it takes precedence for that relationship.

4. Intellectual property and brand assets

The 99ICONS name, logo, wordmark, site design, copy, video and imagery are owned by us or used with permission from the relevant rights holders. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, adapt, sell or use our content or brand assets commercially, or use them in a way that suggests an endorsement or a partnership that does not exist, without our written permission.

Third-party names, brands and creator identities that appear on the site remain the property of their respective owners. Some material on the site may be presented as concept or demonstration work rather than a delivered client project.

5. Acceptable use

When using this site, please do not:

  • submit false, misleading, unlawful, abusive or infringing content;
  • impersonate another person, brand or creator;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure;
  • scrape, harvest or bulk-collect content or contact details, including for spam;
  • upload or send anything containing malicious code.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, and for having the right to share it.

6. Third-party links and services

The site may link to third-party websites, social platforms or media services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their availability or how they handle your data. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

7. Accuracy and availability

We put reasonable effort into keeping the site accurate and available, but content may be incomplete or out of date, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, such as lost profit, lost revenue or lost data.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it — including liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, and any mandatory statutory rights you have. If you are acting as a consumer, your mandatory consumer protections continue to apply in full.

9. Privacy

Personal data submitted through this site is handled as described in our privacy notice, with browser storage explained on the cookies & storage page.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site develops. The version published here, with the effective date at the top, is the one that applies to your use of the site.

11. Applicable law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, and disputes are subject to the competent Dutch courts, without affecting mandatory protections you may have under the law of your country of residence.
